Graphic Delancey offers a range of creative services and digital products, including but not limited to graphic design, web development, branding, consulting, and digital templates. Specific details and deliverables for each project may be outlined in individual client agreements.

All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by Graphic Delancey are the intellectual property of Graphic Delancey unless otherwise specified. Clients are granted a limited license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

At Graphic Delancey, I am committed to providing high-quality services and digital products tailored to your unique business needs. Due to the nature of my work—including branding, web design, consulting, marketing strategy, and the sale of digital templates—all services and digital products are non-refundable once work has begun or the product has been delivered.

If you have any concerns about your project or digital purchase, I encourage open communication to ensure we stay aligned on your goals. I am happy to make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope of work to ensure your satisfaction.

By purchasing any service or digital product, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you have any questions before getting started or making a purchase, I’m happy to discuss your project or product in detail.

All digital products sold by Graphic Delancey—including but not limited to Canva templates, downloadable PDFs, guidebooks, and other design resources—are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods, access is granted immediately upon purchase, and therefore, I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Please review all product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, its contents, or how it works, feel free to reach out prior to completing your purchase. I’m happy to help clarify and ensure it’s a great fit for your needs.

If you experience any issues accessing your files or using your template, don’t hesitate to contact me for support.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, materials, and approvals to ensure project progress. Failure to respond within agreed-upon timelines may result in project delays or additional fees.

Graphic Delancey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use my services, digital products, or website. While I strive to maintain accuracy and quality, I do not guarantee the complete accuracy or reliability of delivered content or templates.

Either party may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment for any logged hours and/or completed work up to that point.

Graphic Delancey reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of my services or products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
